We are not responsible for any additional costs such as customs duty or the like.

Should delivery delays occur without us notifying you about a longer delivery time, please contact us.

4. Prices

All prices in the online store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).

The prices specified in other currencies below the price are only a rough estimate to make it easier for you as a visitor and can vary from day to day, depending on the current exchange rate. Always check the exchange rate before making a purchase.

All prices include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices from time to time.

5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing. Include full name, postal address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return. The products must therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have ordered a product that has been tailor-made for you or has a clear personal touch (for example, a signed book).

Any errors and defects must always be reported to us in writing. Include full name, postal address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the complaint applies to.

If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

In the event of complaints, we follow guidelines and decisions from the General Complaints Board (ARN). Click here to read more about ARN.
